Network marketing or pyramid selling have persistent ideas, which are selling and recruiting products. Just like ordinary any other business, network marketing has career paths, too. There are recruiter whose job is to recruit new marketers; salesperson whose job is to sell the product to consumers and distributors who has the source product. In order to get involved in network marketing, one must buy the product and sell it to some others. That ‘others’ refer to the down lines which eventually sell the product to other individuals. Each network marketing career has its own management organization. When you are the salesman, your job is to sell as many products as you can, and keep the profit for yourself. The recruiter is a salesman boss. When the salesman achieved certain target, the recruiter is automatically given commissions. A salesman will become a recruiter once he or she has a down line. It is very significant to know what is your main focus! It is all about the people here! Thus, right mindset will be: how I can give more of value to solve the people’s problems & not “what is there for me”. It takes little time to attract many qualified prospects to you & enroll them in your business. Lots of people stop after 2 or 3 months as they do not see any kind of the results. You may need more than one year for developing your skills!
